Cutting Tool (Bit)

• In CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machining, the cutting tool(Bit) is an essential element. Most of the time, the first, third, and fourth edges shown below are used, and in special cases, edges of different shapes are used.

• The second pointed blade is used for angle cutting and for precise processing of patterns or letters.

• A third edge is used for most flat and cutting operations.

• Like the fourth day, the rounded end is mainly used for 3D processing of curved surfaces, and is also used when a rubber ring is inserted or a special round groove is required.
