The more information or clarification you can provide before contacting us, the faster we can estimate your unit price. There is no set form, but if possible, please include the following basic information

• Your contact information (mobile or landline phone number, sometimes emails are missing).

• What? Images or related files (A picture is worth a thousand words.

• Material type and thickness (12mm plywood, 9mm color-coated board, solid walnut, etc.)

• How many pieces (20 sets, 5 sets, one set for each side, etc.)

• By when?? Quantity, schedule (20 sets by early next week at the latest, by the day after tomorrow, etc.)

• How much?? Estimated unit price (* The unit price can be adjusted to a certain extent due to changes in completeness and material type.)

General machining (2D or 2.5D)

• Illustration (.ai): When carving letters using fonts without hidden lines, it is necessary to create an outline.

• CAD (.dxf / .dwg): We recommend using the actual size with a scale of 1:1, and if it is a spline, there may be differences from the actual result.

• Image ( .jpg / .bmp / .png ) : If it is a hand-drawn image or a photograph, there may be differences from the actual result due to the conversion process, but we will send the drawing image to the customer first to minimize the error. (* Additional charges will be incurred depending on the difficulty of the work in this process.)
